An incredible chef who once spent several years running a restaurant in Brazil, Aey is now living in her native Thailand. She was working at a large cooking school when we met her. Not long after that, she opened her own school!
And with 5 stars on every major review platform, Aey’s business was an absolute success! That is, until tourism crashed to a halt, ending all of her bookings.
Aey makes the best Thai food we’ve ever had, and guides others in making food just as impressive. A skilled teacher and deeply knowledgeable chef, she knows exactly how to explain the complexities of Thai cuisine. She has a profoundly generous spirit, even welcoming an injured street dog we found into her home. We hope to be able to show her that the world can be generous in return.
